Beebot AI has been actively involved in co-production workshops and solution-testing sessions with a diverse range of families, residents, and professionals across the UK. This collaboration is a fundamental part of our commitment to create a digital solution for Family Hubs, incorporating key elements such as SEND, Family Information Services (FIS), and the Holiday, Activity & Food (HAF) programme.
We are excited to release our latest report. This comprehensive document not only addresses the current state of these services but also offers insights into potential enhancements, especially for digital platforms within SEND, FIS, the HAF programme and digital Family Hubs. Our research focused on evaluating awareness and utilisation of the services provided by UK councils, while also identifying the top preferences for future offerings in these areas.
In our quest to refine these digital services, we have gathered valuable feedback from over 200 individuals of diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds, representing various life stages. Their experiences and insights have been instrumental in understanding the challenges and opportunities in accessing digital family information, and how we can effectively improve these services.
The report provides an in-depth look into how technological advancements can revolutionise Family Hubs and related children’s services, enhancing accessibility, user-friendliness, and overall impact.
